Unilever to open up shop in Cuba in 2017

It is a toe in the water (35 million dollar plant), within Cuba's special development zone.

Interesting article briefly detailing the 180 square mile special economic zone.

I can't find any reference to state imposed wage restraints for companies starting up businesses in the zone. Will try to find out if a living wage for workers is possible.
