Ribeye Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Looks good! I think i'll give this a try later this week. It should "hit the spot" now that it's getting colder.
Tobbot Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Thanks for the thread. I'll try it sometime and let you know how it comes out. This is one of my favorite recipes. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
Guest scsi Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 Please make sure your oven is not running hot i.e. badly calibrated Also make sure you use a proper braising pan or dish when you put it in the oven Or, you'll get Crispy Critters
MIKA27 Posted December 9, 2015 Posted December 9, 2015 Thanks for sharing. I'm a big fan of rustic cooking, love it.
TheMonk Posted December 12, 2015 Posted December 12, 2015 It's one of my favorite dishes to prepare. It takes most part of the afternoon, and you should only eat it the day after preparing it, but it's fantastic. I usually do Julia Child's recipe, with a few small changes.
