Are Cuban Cigars the only cigars that can taste sweet?

I do think NC’s can have sweetness, NC’s just do not have the richness and the complexity fhay a good Cuban does. I’m 28 and recently started smoking Cubans regularly, and when I smoke an NC now I always feel like there’s just something missing flavor wise.
