I am surprised that Cuba isn't over getting a mobile network setup. I remember reading how Iran used their network equipment to spy on their opposition and it even allowed the to modify webpages. I do imagine that Verizon and AT&T wouldn't mind the market expansion. I am surprised Calos Slim or the majors from Canada have not worked out an agreement with the Cuban government yet.
