The moose rider made the news here in Canada. The park police want to charge and fine him. There is a charge on the books for harassing wildlife it ranges from 300 to 100000 dollars. Which is a bit ridiculous. You can hunt moose, but not ride them. Just imagine if the late Great Steve Irwin was charged that kind of fine for every time he rode on the back of a gator? Now if this person tried to ride on the back of a Grizzly Bear then I would be impressed.
