BigWill Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 Hello FOH, I was watching a video on curing tobacco in Cuba and they said that the temps are 75+ degrees and the humidity 75%+ in the curing barns. My question is why aren't the tobacco beetles eating up all of the leaves while in the curing stages. I've searched and I couldn't find any info, thanks in advance for your replies. Will
Colt45 Posted June 16, 2015 Posted June 16, 2015 If I recall correctly, they use pesticides / fumigants throughout processing.
