OZCUBAN Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 I read the new online magazine that Nic has brought out,I actually liked it (bearing in mind its the first edition ) and not living any where near England/U.K/or Europe for that matter ,gives me an insight to what is happening else where. I do not know Nic,nor do I have any understanding of his place in British cigar circles ,all i know is that he has taken steps to publish a periodical on a subject we all hold close to our hearts, and as such should be commended for that ,i found the magazine fresh and informative ,and that can never be a bad thing, without causing a fire fight i found it better than some which will remain nameless ,that are full of endless advertising ,and full of articles which bear no relevance to our hobby what so ever. I personally wish him well on his endeavour,I would not like to see what has happened previously on this forum ,when an unnamed former editor of C.A is mentioned ,play the ball people not the man... there will come a time when there very well be NO magazines to peruse .and we will say remember cigars remember how good they were i would love one now,if that day ever comes ,I would hate to say that we only have ourselves to blame . love it or hate it its better than nothing at all and for Nic thanks for sticking your head over the fence cheers Steve
NicintheUK Posted February 1, 2015 Posted February 1, 2015 Good morning I signed on here a few weeks ago but haven't managed to get back. The answer to the question on the new Min Ron Nee book can be found here in an article in my new magazine. http://joom.ag/iujb?page=12#.VM4M7rjv2Jc.mailto Now I had better go and introduce my self properly in the right place. 3
