Hello all,

SAQ will soon offer the possibility to buy a big bottle of white whisky and a white oak barrel for 250$, they claim you have enough to produce 6.5 bottles of 750 ml of whisky 40% ABV.

This could be an interesting and fun experience without costing too much.

Do you know who distilled the white dog. Here in the states we get a smaller version of that with either a rye or a single malt.

too cool. You can re-use the barrel for other booze when you're done.

i remember this company for distilling gin, i was not aware of their whisky.

fair price about 40$ a bottle.

might split this with some friends when available.
