ShortFatHokie Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Congratulations on making the playoffs!!! I told you all you'd be fine after VT pulled off the upset in Columbus! Fantastic finish winning 11 straight since then, including a hugely impressive win over Wisconsin last night! Good luck and this Hokie is pulling for you to win it all! See you on September 7, 2015 in Blacksburg!!! 1
brutusthebuckeye Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Hokies played a great game that day...Losing early is the key in college football .... Go Bucks...
ShortFatHokie Posted December 7, 2014 Author Posted December 7, 2014 And, despite what all the TV talking heads say, the Buckeyes faced a Hokie team that was 100% that night, not the Hokie team that lost 11 starters for the season and lost to the likes of Weak Florist. Had VT stayed healthy all season, they likely would have been a top 15 team. But that's football, injuries are a part of it...
Popular Post stogieluver Posted December 7, 2014 Popular Post Posted December 7, 2014 Ditto. Glad to see the Buckeyes make it, and get matched up with Bama. Third string QB is hell on wheels! I will be a huge Buckeye fan for that game. I'm sick of all these bammers I live around bragging about their 15 national championships. My Rebels whipped their asses for their only loss this year. I was at that game. A great day, indeed! 5
DrunkenMonkey Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Buckeyes! Hell yes! Got it done in style. There was no way they could deny them after that badger-whooping.
airtrade Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 The SEC is great. It's time to get the Big Ten back on top!!! Go Bucks!!!
Mr.T Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Congratulations on getting into the playoffs and very well deserved IMHO. I know the Big 12 guys are too happy. I'm a Ducks fan and I'm relieved that we are playing Florida St. instead of you guys. Would love nothing more than to see you guys defeat Bama!
FCUBUCK Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 As a Buckeye fan I am thrilled we made the playoff. A good showing or even a win against Alabama will go a long way in bolstering the Big Tens image. That said I really think next year is our year. We don't lose much and may get better by attrition. GO BUCKS! 2
ElJefeDeNada Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 As a Big 12 guy, I've got no quarrel with the OSU selection. TCU and Baylor both had good seasons and beat my 'Horns handily, but their non-conference schedules were weak and too much to overcome without a championship (and 13th) game on the resume. Big 12 teams can't schedule games with the Little Sisters of the Poor and expect to make the playoff.
