... Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Definitely hitting the gym for some heavy lifting when I feel stressed. Best healthy medicine out there. When I do it right, the endorphin release is such that I feel almost high (as in smoking weed) afterwards. Then I'm ready for a drink and a cigar 1
