Whatever I had planed in advance and sitting in the drybox. No particular stick for that reason. In fact no particular stick for any reason.

Anything - but if I have a dc or something like it, the sky tends to clear a bit and the mind to unwind. I might have a drink as well - but I dont think that helps me alot

Definitely hitting the gym for some heavy lifting when I feel stressed. Best healthy medicine out there. When I do it right, the endorphin release is such that I feel almost high (as in smoking weed) afterwards. Then I'm ready for a drink and a cigar :)
