Information about Cigars in Turkey

Is anybody in here from Turkey, or does anyone have informations about cigars there. Especially if it's allowed to use one of the great deals here and send it there? If it's legal to import cigars, how much would custom and taxes be?

And does anyone know, if there is a cigar store in Ankara? I know there is a LCDH in Istanbul and Antalya, but i couldn't find any information about Ankara. Is the Duty free there any good?
