Good email communication for order status and then shipping info, I had no complaints or issues.

johndalton44 Posted August 23, 2014 Posted August 23, 2014 Personally I'm suspect of the alleged service aspect of this. I did this deal while they closed in July (why they need to close again I can't quite understand). Placed an order 3 weeks before they're set to resume business. After a week had passed since operations were supposed to resume I haven't heard anything. Finally 9 days into the new month I email David and he just pretends like they were going to ship me my order that day if hadn't emailed. IMO I was never going to see that order f I didn't email asking about it. Definitely does not make me care to order for a third time.
