Heading down to runaway bay next month. Just wonders who has been and where's worth visiting. I'm bringing my own smokes so don't need to get any down there. Any advice great fully accepted.

Been to ocho rios twice, most recently in June. If you are out and about and want the best jerk, hit up Scotchies. Locations I believe in Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. Did Dunn River Falls again and it was ok. Wish I had gone to the blue hole instead. Dolphin Cove and swim was pretty cool. Did a zipline, skyride, and bobsled at Mystic Mountain. Just some options to consider if you head out that way at all.

Best move is bringing your own cigars though.

Was there 2012 with my gf at the Grand Bahia and did the Duns River Falls and thought it was pretty fun. The souvenir vendors there were pretty aggressive, just be sure if someone comes up to you while there and asks you your name, just walk on by lol. otherwise they'll carve your name into some wood design and make you feel obliged t buy it. We also did the Bob Marley Mausoleum tour and was educational and fun. Visitor beware though, its the only legal place in Jamaica to smoke the other stuff lookaround.gif We had the opportunity to do some Horseback Riding on the beach as another excursion and you actually get to ride it in the ocean pretty far out and that was a great experience. Felt like I was in a movie lmao.gif We didn't venture too much outside of the resort except for with our taxi driver for the horse excursion who picked us some fresh mangoes and also took us to a neat random roadside fruit cart for some fresh coconut water. He took us for a small tour around the nearby town St. Anne's which was a bonus to our trip as it wasn't part of the day. Hope you have a great time!
