Lina Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Welcome Ian. Barcelona and Cuban cigars go well together for me as this was the first city I really got into them while working there. I had an apartment overlooking the beach in Barcelonetta and I would sit on my windowsill overlooking the sand & cuban cigars like Cubancigarbest, trying as many smokes as I could take each day. Was in heaven. 1

IPORTER Posted October 10, 2014 Author Posted October 10, 2014 Hey Ian, not to threadjack or bump an old post, but I'm headed to Barcelona for a long wknd soon, first trip to Spain, and I'm really looking forward to a few days of delicious smokes on the beach. Any insider tips about good shops to pick up some sticks from? Or, alternatively, any to avoid? Hey, I apologize for the very late reply on this mate. Was travelling like a demon workwise. Not sure if you have come and gone or still pending your trip to BCN. I recommend: Casa Fuster - Rambla Catalunya Gimeno (Las Ramblas) - Bigger Selection Spanish government sets cigar prices so no worries about being ripped of. Ian
Habana Mike Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 Found some good smokes downstairs at Gimenos on Las Ramblas a few years back. Glad to see you again Ian! 1
