Personally, I wouldn't even risk it. I know we are often desperate to get our hands on "rare" sticks, but there is nothing worse than spending big bucks on flat cigars. Even when buying cigars from reputable vendors, there is no guarantee that the cigars won't be over the hill, or have bad blends. Like mentioned earlier, it is better to buy cigars and age them yourself... or buy from folks that have properly stored the cigars since they were first rolled.
