HarveyBoulevard Posted April 4, 2014 Author Posted April 4, 2014 Some excellent thoughts and some great ideas. The year on the band on the LEs is starting to intrigue me...hmmm. Ok...so I'm going to get one box of 25 for each rugrat's wedding from their birth year (and month if I can find one). LEs will be included in the consideration based on the logic cited in the above posts. This box will be shared at the wedding assuming they get married. If they don't ever get married, at least I will have good box of aged cigars. Also going to get a cab of 50 for each kid for birthdays and special occasions that will hopefully last me a long time and age well. This box will also be from their birth year (and month if I can find one). Don't intend on sharing these until the kids are old enough to have a cigar should they decide to join the BOTL/SOTL fraternity. I will see if I can find PSP or HQ boxes/cabs from the year and month. Cigars in consideration are: Partagas Lusitanias Partagas Lusitanias Grand Reserva Bolivar Coronas Gigantes Ramon Allones Gigantes Cohiba Espendidos Cohiba Lanceros Montecristo A One box turned into four boxes...imagine that. Thanks for all the tips and suggestions.
guideright Posted April 4, 2014 Posted April 4, 2014 Another vote for the Lusi cab - congratulations to you and your wife -

joshua84 Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Hard to beat a box of aged Party Lusi unless it's a Monte A.
AbuAmelia Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 I asked a similar question about a month ago. I went with the Cohiba 1966 for my Anniversary as I was able to get Oct11. But am going to wait for my son to be born in Sep of 2014 to get that box code, and a box of Sir Winnies to pass out when he's born. Pretty soon I will be searching for special box codes for everything important in my life...lol 1
