TAMBOLAKA Indonesian Cigars/Tobac

Anyone tried this? Can you describe or compare it to anything and would you recommend these smokes?

Tried it, decent but nothing stellar. A very hard cigar, almost Toscano like in firmness.

The pipe tobacco version is very strong from what I read.

I had a couple of boxes of these a few years ago and thought they were quite good. I remember doing a search for info on them at the time and found my way here.

I agree with this description in the link:

"Take a weakish milk coffee stirred with two teaspoons of sugar and you have this cigar. Not an ounce of bitterness. Smooth as sik but lacking any form of complexity"

Next time I'm in Indonesia I will look for these cigars to smoke again.
