I like highland park 18 and lagavulin 16. Though, yet to try the talisker 18 which I've heard lots of good about.

There are literally hundreds of single malt producers and many contributors above have commented on those a few that are very widely available. You would have more fun and satisfaction and end up drinking a better product if you do a bit of homework. Start out reading whiskybase.com, whiskyfun.com, maltmaniacs.com, or by watching YouTube video reviews (such as Ralfystuff, Luke Rymarz, whiskybitch etc).
