Drguano Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I don't know what to make of this story... http://nyp.st/152JsYP
ptrthgr8 Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 Well, considering the source I would say it's... umm... sensationalist tabloid journalism at its finest. Er, worst? You should cross reference the story with The National Enquirer and Star to see if it's legit. Cheers, ~ Greg ~
Lanejsl Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 Mice in her pantyhose? Judging by her picture I'd say that's animal abuse. Poor rat.
Coolio Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 I think there's merit to this story (in that it's true, not in that it's ok to carry rats around in your undies!) When i worked in the crewing department at Virgin Airlines, here in Oz, i took the phone call as one of our cabin crew called in sick for duty. We took about one sickie every 30 minutes, so it wasn't that unusual. That is until she told me why she couldn't come to work this day. Apparently one of her pet rats had taken ill, and was that crook it had been put on a nebuliser! My team was in stitches for hours after that call, and whenever the old crewing team gets together these days, we still get miles out of the 'rat nebuliser' story.
Drguano Posted July 9, 2013 Author Posted July 9, 2013 I was telling my nephew about this and he asks, what about the guy with the hummingbirds? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2042474/Traveller-arrested-trying-smuggle-live-HUMMINGBIRDS-special-pouches-sewn-pants.html
