jabuan Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Okay not sure if this is the right place. I've recently gotten onto habanos and have been acquiring singles. Now I have singles of the same Marcas and vitolas of differing ages. What should I smoke first? The newer ones (2013) or older ones? (10-12) I'm thinking newer to have a baseline and then smoke the ones with a little rest after. Thoughts?
CaptainQuintero Posted May 24, 2013 Posted May 24, 2013 Personally I like to leave cigars for a year from the box date before starting on them just to let them settle but it's pretty much personal preference. Some cigars to me taste better with lots of years on them while others prefer the exact same cigars very fresh. I'd say just pick whatever cigar takes your fancy whenever you open your humidor, if you like one buy more, if you don't then leave them and revisit later on down the line
