This has happened to me before but never to this extent. Of all the cigars the least expected: Ramon Allones Small Club Corona. 2008 or 09 box. Left the last one in the singles humidor (at 67% so we not talking dry harshness here), randomly pulled it out yesterday after a big winey late lunch. OOOMph! As full bodied as a young Partagas Short. Tannins evident in a heavy flavour. Previously they had been typically medium-bodied... probably last had one 2 years ago?

Incredible change. Has it happened to you and with what cigar?

[anyway, a win for the "dump-last-cigars-of-box-at-bottom-of-humi-and-forget" policy, which has its ups and downs!]

I had a Monte 4 a few months ago that had been sitting in the bottom of my humi for I cant remember how long (I stopped buying CC's back in 2008 so at least 5 years) and for what used to be a Medium Bodied stick it knocked me on my ass!

Time had turned it up to 11!

Havent had one that old since so I'm not sure if tjats normal for this cigar but it was interesting
