bdp Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Clearly dodgy. Gifted to me, purchased in Brazil or Bolivia during a recent holiday. speaks for itself hmmm, maybe the store just thought it would be nice to make a special box for their special customers? yeah.. nah. not even worth showing the sticks, they're all a little different to each other and show signs of being carried around south america for a few weeks. no risk of them making a living forging currency:
Jnaube Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Man... Did you smoke one? By the way, be careful. Don't put them in your humi, at least, not a filled with cubans humi. These South american fakes have a tendency to carry tobacco beetles.
nikesupremedunk Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 I agree, put them somewhere far away from your stash. I wouldn't smoke one, but I'd definitely dissect one and post up the pics! (You never know what's in these things..)
bdp Posted April 3, 2013 Author Posted April 3, 2013 I saw one recently cut apart with paint chips inside it. A link to another site from a topic on this forum I think... So I'm not keen to set fire to one. They're still in the paper bag, on my desk and rooms away from the humi. I'll carve one up in a few days. She, 'Bringer of the Gifts', only arrived back a few days ago, and she's still proud she got "5 for A$28!" and an assortment of local Brazilian charutos.
