Johnnie Red isn't my go to scotch but it was a gift from them so I will drink happily. Cerveza Indio and Sol are also on hand. Wife made her version of chicken cordon bleu. Thin (milanesa type) chicken breast, thin spread of mustard, slice of ham, some spinach, rolled up and topped with bacon then baked with potatoes in a beer sauce.
