Beer, scotch and chicken

Having a small pre Christmas dinner with one of our vendor/friends at the casa. Johnnie Red isn't my go to scotch but it was a gift from them so I will drink happily.

Cerveza Indio and Sol are also on hand. Wife made her version of chicken cordon bleu. Thin (milanesa type) chicken breast, thin spread of mustard, slice of ham, some spinach, rolled up and topped with bacon then baked with potatoes in a beer sauce.
