Riga is a lovely city, you should all go there!

Their LCDH is relatively new, and does not have such a large selection, mainly fatties of one kind or another.

Well kept though, so I got a few R Y J short Churchies, which are good quality.

Great smoking room, good selection of drinks, friendly staff.

There are other cigar shops, mainly selling NCs.

I worked with a Latvian bloke a while back and he often spoke of the massive thirst the Riga locals had. Something about a fuel tanker type delivery of beer to his little local pub twice a week...Sounds like FoH members would fit right in. ;-)

Probably about the cheapest Euro capital at the moment.

LCDH prices are similar to online.

Beer is cheap, and pretty good.

Women are gorgeous.....
