His original plan was to cook up some pulled poked but he switched it up first thing Saturday morning as he was nursing a pretty bad hangover. The new menu was French Dip sandwich's (Beef dip). The Aug Jus he mad was a mixture of ox tail, carrot, onion, stock, beer, herbs and maybe some tongue cooked for about 5 hours then strained. The Wagyu beef was cooked with a small amount of hickory, then sliced real fine through a deli slicer. Unfortunately we didn't have any provolone cheese so used the cheddar we had and coated the other side in some mixed mustard... All was followed up by some cigars that Smithy had helped select for me and my friends, a good game poker, another round of food, stronger booze and lastly, a very bad hangover!!
