For Those About to Toast

With the recent conversations about favorite albums and guitarists, this new release seems very timely. Although I'm an old school AC/DC fan, I think that, like some of thier more recent musical releases, I'll be staying away from any purchases of this as well. Seems more like a gimmick than an honest attempt at originality, the wine that is.

It came out last year (we have it exclusively in our stores in Aus). I'll save you guys the trouble (and pain), do not buy this shite! I was given a bottle of their "You Shook Me All Night Long" Moscato... didn't exactly shake me all night long, more like a shudder. I thought somebody had swapped it for overly sweet apple juice! And bad apple juice to boot! Tossed the glass quick smart, but left the bottle in the fridge.

Next day thought, maybe it was just my tastebuds on the night, so I gave it another try.... less than 2 minutes later it was back in the sink and the bottle was out with the recycling.

A few weeks later, was given another bottle, this time the "Back in Black" Shiraz.... I'd rename it "Back in the Sink".

Trust me fellas, these are wines you want to avoid at all costs. They are cheap for a reason. The winery that makes this stuff is the same winery that makes our cheap cleanskins. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the winery, they do make some decent stuff under their own label. Just don't bother with this crap. It is just bog standard wine that was sitting in a vat that some bright spark thought we should slap an AC/DC label on it.

im not too sure about the others havnt tried them but the

ac/dc highway to hell cabernet savignon tastes alot like the wynns coonawarra green label cab sav.

I enjoy this bottle alot and its cheaper than the green label, also the highway to hell comes from the same region.
