Victoria newbie Cuba trip update

Well just returned from my trip to Varadero and after much humming and hawing i ended up going one box over the customs limit... Over the 9 days i sampled a plethora of sticks and ended up buying

2012 Partagas P2 Absolutely loved these.. although the singles i purchased to smoke in cuba varied wildly in quality i think some quality time in my humidor will deliver some excellent returns especially for 165$/box great value!

May 2009 H.Upmann Mag 46 tried a few of these last cuba trip and again in mexico city and thought they would be a nice contrast to the P2's (since i have a very limited humidor capacity) and finding a 3yr old box which look amazing was a definite selling point....

Dec 2000 Hoyo des dieux found a stash of these 12yr old boxes at the calle 31 CDH on the beach and had to give them a try... i opened the box and they looked to be in great shape other than perhaps a bit dry.. i figure a while in the humidor should be a grand slam especially for 135$/box

If anyone else is heading to varadero... the called 31 CDH was the only one in varadero with Behike's as well as 3 more 2000 boxes of the hoyo's and a 2006 box of punch churchills...
