AverageJoe83 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 First impressions of this cigar I had were looks like a cuban, smells like a cuban, great construction, nice oily wrapper, spark it up and see how it goes. 5 1/2 x 52 1st Third: Mild-Medium strength. First pulls of this smoke had a strong but familiar taste of leather with hints of a woody nature followed up with a very nice creaminess that coats the mouth. Toward the end of the first i started to notice hints of vanilla hiding amongst the cream. 2nd Third: By now this cigar has come along very very nicely. Early on the leathery, woodiness has faded to very strong creamy vanilla with floral notes and a sweetness almost like smoking candy. Absolutely delicious. 3rd Third: After a quick recut and relight due to young age uneven burn, I was back enjoying the flavors of this great cigar that have carried on from the second third, only real change is that now there seems to be a hint of cinnamon which only adds to the experience! Overall brilliant cigar, 96/100, I only mark it down because I feel with a little more age it could develope even more and specifically burn even after a few years sitting. The only downside to this cigar was when the burn got close enough to my fingers that I had to stop. This is my new favorite!! I have more on the way can't wait for them to sit a few years!
