Rushman Posted March 25, 2012 Posted March 25, 2012 Although during my tenure in corporate America I was mostly blessed with good teams, one of my least favorite things was having large teams. I've found the only thing worse than having lots of employees is having ONE employee. When a change has to be made it means I have to work long hours until a replacement is found. This happened yesterday, so I envision long days ahead.......of course on the plus side, more cigars! I'm about to nub a very nice PSD4. On the negative side, it's warm and humid today and I'm sweating like a pig.

My preference is for a Buxom Brunette Colombian.....Smithy's a buxom, Blonde, Swede. in the end we will compromise ....because that is what business is about All joking aside I love working with strong, intelligent, fun women in small teams. They change the dynamic in the workplace. They give you hugs, they remember dates, they transform a "business" into a home.

CigarAsh Posted March 26, 2012 Posted March 26, 2012 My local B&M is extremely good at marketing his business like this. The counter is always staffed by attractive young ladies. He has bikini clad models at all of his product events each month. And each summer is the big calendar vote party where 30 or 40 models are vying for your vote to be included in the next years cigar calendar. My 17 year old son thinks it's heaven. His dad agrees.
