Blackham Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 planning a last minute trip to cuba, trying to fly to Varadero on the 26th and return on the 4th. Went to Pinar del Rio/Vinales last time so I decided to head east this time. Don't have much interests in the Habanos fest (ok I'm lying, just too broke ass to attend) so I guess I'll just stay in Havana for the first 1-2 days, stock up on cigar and head out. Normally I try to plan the whole thing myself but since I only got 3 days I need some help from you guys. has anybody done this route before? Varadero - Havana - Cienfuegos - Trinidad - Varadero? Will be taking the bus and I'll appreciate if someone could tell me this route is possible/impossible to do w/ Viazul. Any casa recommendations in Cien/Trini? can you provide me w/ their contact? Any cool attraction to see in these places? I'm more into cultural/scenery stuff then visiting museums and walking tour kind of guy. Any legit place to buy cigar in Trini/Cien?
