DinoCop05 Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 If I remember correctly that happens if someone inserts a video in the shout box above. It's pretty annoying cause it moves with the page. You can only post so many messages in the shout box. So, I think you have to wait until there are enough messages so that it clears it away.
