investandprosper Posted January 1, 2012 Posted January 1, 2012 Happy New Year everyone! Enjoying a Hoyo Des Dieux, NPD May '03. I chose this stick because they are spot on every time. Absolutely delicious cigar, with lots of cream and sweet spices. I'd rate it a solid 95 all the way to the nub. More cigars to come! I'm doing 6 racks of baby back ribs tonight, with a special dry rub recipe from a BOTL on another board. My first attempt at ribs, but they should turn out great. Going to fire up a Bolivar GM next Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday

investandprosper Posted January 4, 2012 Author Posted January 4, 2012 Just finished off the last of those ribs last night With the ribs, it was a Widmer Bros. Hefeweisen, followed by some Glenkinchie 12 single malt with the cigars. Very sad that the holidays are over.
