Trevor2118 Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 Hi Guys. Somewhat recharged, I need to catch up on my "foot-dragging" over the last month or so. I have added a Quick Reference Checklist for the 2011 Cigar Program. This list shows the following status: Proposed. Confirmed. Released. Please let me know any errors or updates by a post in this thread. http://www.cubanciga...status-2011.htm In particular, I have not seen any confirmation of the Regional Editions for: Bulgaria Middle East (x2) Austria Canada Spain Portugal Cheers Trevor.
DinoCop05 Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 See, all you needed was some great birthday wine and cigars and now you're rolling again. Looks great Trevor! Keep up the outstanding work! It's much appreciated my friend.
Trevor2118 Posted November 11, 2011 Author Posted November 11, 2011 If the Canada regional you are looking for is the RA, it is out, huge and expensive. The Ramón Allones Super Allones - Canada is shown as released. The status of the Juan López Supreme - Canada is unknown. Any thoughts? Trevor.
nick17 Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 looks good and as far as i know accurate i can speak to the mangier of the Toronto LCDH about Juan López Supreme see if he knows anything but the only thing i would change is the colors
Trevor2118 Posted November 11, 2011 Author Posted November 11, 2011 (edited) .......... but the only thing i would change is the colors Are the colours not strong enough? I have now made them deeper in shade.....does this help? Edited November 11, 2011 by Trevor2118 Colours changed.
nick17 Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 ahh yes much better before it was hard to tell the difference
Trevor2118 Posted November 11, 2011 Author Posted November 11, 2011 looks like Nick will ask in Toronto. I'll do the same here... I like the condensed, neat list. Colours could still use a bit more depth imho. The green and blue are too pale next to the white. Just a suggestion... Many thanks Guys, just the sort of help I need. I have deepened the colours...perhaps you need to refresh the webpage? (F5 on a PC). If still too light, I will deepen. Trevor.
Hohenthal Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 ER Austria is extremely unlikely to happen, as I've been told by officials, the minimum order seemes too big for such a small market. Update: JL Ideales will be released Dic 5th The Por Larranaga for Spain is not listed on the CMT site, in exchange the proposed Gonzalez Perlas 2012, even including the price (?!), are on. Best, Alex
in0gravity Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 Hi Trevor, the H.Upmann Half Corona is released and the Punch ER Portugal is confirmed and will be released end of November / beginning December. The Bolivar 681 ER Bulgaria is also confirmed but no release date yet. regards Lars
in0gravity Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 If the Canada regional you are looking for is the RA, it is out, huge and expensive. but it's very good.
Ryan Posted November 11, 2011 Posted November 11, 2011 No sign of the UK Britanicas yet. I was talking to Hunter's Cuban Corporate Director last month and he gave a somewhat resigned shake of his head when I asked him about the status of them. He was surprised that I had seen an (empty) box for them in Havana in February. So they've chosen the box shape and have made at least one, that's all I can tell you. This was the guy who brought over the green ink for the FdC Short Robusto boxes in his luggage in February Happy birthday Trevor by the way, missed that thread.
mikec Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 I checked as well and this is one cigar that may not happen.
Trevor2118 Posted November 14, 2011 Author Posted November 14, 2011 Many thanks for all the imput. The list is now fully updated with the latest available coming in from Phoenicia. http://www.cubancigarwebsite.com/status-2011.htm Please email or PM me with any changes to this list. Thanks again. Trevor.
jerseyjay Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Trevor, You are doing an excellent job. Keep at it !

rckymtn22 Posted November 20, 2011 Posted November 20, 2011 Hey Trevor, Just notice thea the Monte #2 GR cigar picture is in the wrong spot. The website is looking great!
tmac77 Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 The Juan Lopez Supreme - RE Canada is now released and available at the LCDH toronto. My communication from LCDH Toronto says that only 1000 boxes were produced.
Trevor2118 Posted November 23, 2011 Author Posted November 23, 2011 Hi Guys, Many thanks for all the imput. The only release still unaccounted for is the Por Larraña Legendarios for Spain. Can anyone advise on these? Trevor.
CanuckSARTech Posted November 23, 2011 Posted November 23, 2011 The Juan Lopez Supreme - RE Canada is now released and available at the LCDH toronto. My communication from LCDH Toronto says that only 1000 boxes were produced. In by a nose!
CanuckSARTech Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 So a week and a half ago they barely had any idea what I was talking about, let alone know when they were ordered, made or shipped...and now they are already in the stores....LCDHs are almost as brilliant as the baboons at HSA....lol I've always found that the Toronto store was iffy about info. I've always talked things over with the guys at the Windsor LCDH, or gone straight to the horse's mouth at Havana House, and sent an e-mail through to Jose. He's always been awesome with me in passing along info or other tidbits.
