laficion Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 No. 2 impressions I've put down ERDM , but now that I think about it, QdO has a little bit of that sour effect added to it's sweetness.
CanuckSARTech Posted October 18, 2011 Posted October 18, 2011 For sweet aspects, and everything else that's been mentioned (aside from the sour aspects), I'll fully agree with the Dip 4's (and 2's sometimes also), the RASS especially, and the R&J Romeo No. 2's as well (although, good ones are hard to find). All of these have loads of sweet spices - nutmeg, cinnamon, caramelized fruit, etc. But for sour, nothing really comes to mind, aside from Partagas SDN4, and while it has sour spice tones to me, it also has boldness and woodiness and loads of pepper, which doesn't sound like what you want.
Hohenthal Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 Totally agree with Dip 4 (or any Diplomaticos if you can still find No.1 or 3), some Romeo y Julieta, also the pronounced stonefruit-aspects of any Saint Luis Rey could be a way to go...
