Greetings,

My name is Joe, 26 year old Accountant from South Central Pennsylvania. I have been enjoying cigars for the better part of 4 years now. My story starts three years ago, when my best friend had returned from his honeymoon in Jamaica with several cuban cigars for us to sample (Probably fakes lol, but what a guy)! After much anticipation and during our group vacation this past summer, we light up the cigars only to find that mine was completely plugged! *My first ever plugged cigar! Even tried recutting, but to no avail.

He adored his cigar and the aroma was like nothing I had smelt before.... For the past 3 months I have made it my mission to find and sample what he had experienced that night. This is what has brought me to the FOH forum. The knowledge and comradery here is unbelievable! I hope to learn as much as I can and to make as many friends as possible.

To El Presidente (as well as his entire crew) and to all the members, Thank You! I have already learned so much.

P.S. Ken, from watching every video review, you have great taste in music. It doesn't get better than the boss and dylan!

Brown nosing Rob and the Czar Crew, while perhaps frowned upon by most, is likely to win you points as they are easily influenced.

Brown nosing Ken, for any reason, is a sure one way ticket to oblivion.....

Welcome to FOH :lol3:

Thank you for the greetings and sorry for the absence... My third installment of the CPA Exam was the other day and I usually take the previous couple weeks and hibernate, just studying. But I rewarded myself with a bottle of Macallan 12 yr old. Pics and opinions hopefully coming soon!!!

Well as of this past Wednesday (2/22/12) I have successfully passed all four sections of the Uniform CPA Exam! Longest year and a half of my life; however, these last couple of days have been pretty much one big celebration  Now I just need to find a job with a firm to finalize the process....

Celebratory Cigars

Diesel Unholy-love these guys, dark coffee, hints of chocolate and cheap

Several EP Carrillo New Wave Connecticuts-sweet, woody, with a little spice (have been gorging on these)

La Casita Criolla-meh, i was expecting more spice from tatuaje.... an ok stick though, just ok

Petit Cazadores-full of spice, potent little guys... too short to be overly complex but deliver every time

CAO La Traviata-usually a good smoke, a little disappointed by this one though

Alec Bradley Black Market-complex stick, i remember tea on the cold draw, good stick

Fuente Don Carlos-lighter cigar, but complex (these have been hit or miss, sometimes I get a dud though)

And probably my favorite NC, Avo Heritage-never lets me down, some complexity, spice, grassiness, barnyard aroma

Probably gone through a box already and have never been let down yet *knock on wood*

As you can see I've been smoking stop since Wednesday, I won't dare reflect on the alcohol I consumed :buddies:

And to cap off this celebration, at the end of March, my family and friends have gotten tickets to see the man, the myth, the legend himself.... The Boss!!! 3/29, Sorry Ken, don't mean to rub it in... Also, that will be the weekend of the Atlantic City Beer Festival! I couldn't imagine a better way to celebrate?! I will probably start a thread on the concert and festival to see if any FOH'ers may attend.

Sorry for the rambling and the NC smokes
