I was thinking a winter smoke might me nice, for those that can make it.

I'm thinking Wednesday week in Leederville (17th Aug) at that Irish pub Steve likes, after work say 5-8pm.

Hey Dicko Nic here from Melbourne. Mate I like the idea of a bit of a Gathering. Mate your have your Perth thing going but I was thinking with a bit of planing do you think we could organize a bit of a weekend for all Aussie smokers some where central. This venue could change annually. The idea is the same, Smoke, drink and let BS take it's course. I have a crew here in Melbourne that gathers every few months and subject to management ( wife/girlfriend ) they are allowed out. Put together with NSW and The Qlds and WAs we could have a ourselves a Bash and a Half. Get the Pres and Smithy out and it's big .....

Nic, that sounds like a great idea. I am always keen for a melbourne trip!! Maybe summer sometime?

Doubt we can do much about the centrality issue, maybe Alice Springs? :-p

Magnus, I would be open to a sunday herf. I will likely still go wednesday week and if all else fails Ill have a kilkenny to keep me company haha

Dicko I like the sound of Alice Springs but I think we just missed the camel cup... Next year..

I've done a couple of boys weekends in Adelade at the wineries, both were cigar friendly. One not so happy with us keeping their staff out all night but they all come good when you are leaving. If your ever in Melbourne and want a quiet or a loud one let me know...
