gigabyte056 Posted July 8, 2011 Posted July 8, 2011 Lasioderma serricorne, commonly known as the tobacco beetle
Warren Posted July 9, 2011 Posted July 9, 2011 My Crabs were a killer to get rid of... I've got a remedy for that. Fill the bath tub to about half way. Get some rocks and place them in the bottom of the tub. Now sit in the tub with the rocks. Take the plug out of the plug hole. When the tide goes out the crabs will hide under the rocks. Problem solved.
cigcars Posted July 9, 2011 Posted July 9, 2011 Once owned for a short time a dumb dog I named Ninja, a black & brown German Shephard mix. About 95% of my dogs I've acquired were strays I'd brought home. This one, however, didn't stay (think it wandered off) and didn't miss him. I'll keep an eccentric dog. I'll keep a crazy dog. But I won't keep a stupid dog. Just imagine your pooch actually and practically crossing his eyes, bobbing his head from side to side and going "Duh, Woof! Woof! Du-u-u-h...woof"
jay8354 Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 My Dad was given a dog, due to the fact that he wanted something for guarding the backyard. This dog had 3 previous owners before, due to the lack of time and care given. So, already not looking good for this dog. He was a Sammoi called Fang (after White Fang). Passed away 2 yrs ago. Most unruly dog I have ever met. Need 3 weeks at the dog training camp and even then it was only marginally better. Made a mess when he shedded his coat, destroyed a number of dog beds, fly screens and hoses. But bless his soul, only dog I know of that managed to catch 3 possums, numerous mice, 20+ indian myners and 1 cat. Plus, he hated small toy dogs with a passion.
