michael69 Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 looking to buy some more of these; how are these recent boxes? Rob?
El Presidente Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 There are very few Cohiba Siglo VI boxes I would have purchased over the past 12 montsh in 25's. Less in the 10's (most have been appaling). I am hopeful for an improvement in quality and there are signs in the recent shipment where I picked some stunning boxes. Still, it is more difficult than it need be.

By the way, I have yet to do my first order with you, and have seen that you always say that we should ask you to select a good box (nice to know somebody cares!) what's the proceedure for and ordering newbie? do I contact you (if so, best way?), do I go through the Czars shop?....... looking forward to it; I have my eye on some nice 898's/lusis.... in fact there's quite a bit of stuff I want. I know that there are sometimes problems with the 898's, so I would really be grateful for you to do the choosing for me.... Paul

Paul Paul I prefer it if you send an e-mail to Lise with "Rob has agreed to select me a box of...." Copy me in [email protected] I travel a fair bit but Lise always holds those aside for me and I am happy to do it. That goes for anyone else as well. cheers! Rob

Guest RobinFadal Posted March 28, 2011 Posted March 28, 2011 Crap... I just purchased a box. Ditto. I purchased 2 boxes of 10 (LRE MAR09) several months back. Curious as to whether putting some age on these will result in any measurable improvement?
michael69 Posted March 28, 2011 Author Posted March 28, 2011 fantastic!now I know. P presumably, you still buy using the Czar shop? then send an email..... P
thechenman Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 presumably, you still buy using the Czar shop? then send an email.....P I don't know what others do, but I suspect they may do the same thing I do. Typcially I bypass the Czar Shop and just go straight through Lisa. The only time I use the shop is when buying singles...in those instance I use the shop because I hate troubling her over 25 different single cigars.
benjaminbbush Posted March 29, 2011 Posted March 29, 2011 Wow, this thread went to two different directions, but information under both directions is TREMENDOUSLY appreciated.
