It was a fantastic match, great to see Ireland play well once in the 6 Nations this year. England didn't really show up. The atmosphere was great here on Saturday. The English fans were happy enough with the championship. Irish fans of course ecstatic.

For anybody interested here are the scores. The first half, at least from an Irish point of view, was much better than these bits show.

Well, regarding beating England at sport, absolutely!

If Ireland bring their first half game from that match to the World Cup, they could put it up to any team.

Try being Welsh. We gave up on hope years ago, and now just look on in gratitude to anyone who can prevent an England Grand Slam.

Yeah,the Irish thouroughly deserved their win,they were all over us like a cheap suit.

I think they had the potentially the best team in the 6 nations,but continued to throw away the chances (Ireland v Wales,why not pass to Keith Earles)?

Suddenly every Irishman I have ever met is texting me............I prefer the English reserve in victory,as it winds up the other local nations even more....!

As for press,****,if you start believing any British press.....your'e Knackered.
