I have been enjoying the guys' vids and browsing this fine forum.... so to my query, anyone know what the 2008 SLR DC's are like; consistency, flavour development etc.? some years have been less than stellar in terms of consistency in particular, but I've had some fabulous (esp. well-aged) ones.... Looking to pick up some more. I have a few left from an '05 cab which have been good..... How about the Punch?

Very nice, just different profile than I'm used to. I have had some meh '99 Punch DC's, and '99 Punch Churchill tubos that were VERY meh. The '98 Punch Churchill tubos, though, (now all gone I think) are magnificent.
