I am very curious .... which month of the year does the farmers harvest their tobacco leafs for fermentation?

Generally, the tobacco harvesting in Cuba can be done from the start of December through until the 2nd week of March, as a general window. It all depends on how the year went, whether it's at the start or end of that block. It takes about 30 days to completely harvest a plant from the first day that they actually start harvesting (they only take a couple of leaves, every few days).
