Matt Day Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 Length 4 " x Ring Gauge 30 hand made Nicaraguan and Honduran filler Ecuador shade wrapper smoke time 20 mins Appearance & Construction 11/ 15 nice dry light wrapper slightly boxed pressed well constructed one slight blemish on the wrapper Draw & Burn 20 / 25 good draw the burn was crocked for the first third for the first third of the cigar held its ash well Flavour & Body18 /25 a hint of spice on the initial couple of draws which soon passed the cigar the developed a creamy characteristic which remains for almost the entire length with hints of vegetal flavours the final third developed what can only described as a sugary sweetness which infused with the cream so not a very complex cigar but fine for its size in terms of flavours. Overall Impression 28 / 35 For 2 gbp at UK prices this is not a bad stick which would make a nice morning cigar or nice introduction to premium cigars for a newbee however if you are after a more complex short smoke look elsewhere TOTAL 77 / 100
