Ken Gargett Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Police Raid in Collingwood Victoria Police just announced the discovery of an arms cache of 200 semi automatic rifles with 250,000 rounds of ammunition, 10 anti-tank missiles, 4 grenade launchers, 2 tonnes of heroin, $5 million in forged Australian banknotes and 25 trafficked Filipino prostitutes all in a Housing Commission house behind the Collingwood Public Library. Local residents were stunned. A community spokesman said: "We're shocked. We never knew we had a Library!!"

Ken Gargett Posted October 2, 2010 Author Posted October 2, 2010 congrats to them. fortunately, i had tastings so missed it but i could never see the saints getting up after blowing it last week. i suppose once every 25 years is just tolerable. but this does set a bad precedent - next thing we'll have the poms winning the ashes here. and that is not tolerable even once every 250 years. although the positive thing is that the last time the pies stumbled over the line, the glorious skins won the bowl. so here is hoping for a bit of history repeating.
