Lark Distillery Rum

I was checking out the Lark Distillery website today to learn a bit more about the whiskys they make, when I found out that they also make a rum, called Lark Rum Island. They currently only have a white version available which isn't of too much interest to me, but say an aged version is due for release later this year. Does anyone (I'm looking at you ken!) know anything about it? I've heard good things about their whiskys, so I'll be keen to try this rum once it's released.

i've actually been out to their distillery - near the wineries. great fun and doing some terrific stuff. yes, keen to see their rums. tried some samples of various things when there and quite exciting.

Good to hear. I love that they'll sell you a 20L cask of the stuff to age yourself
