Laxman
Just got my wine cooler set up and besides shattering the front glass it was easy enough. Have two oust fans in there and about 1 and half pounds of beads and a few gel sticks. Temp is running at about 66 degree while the rh is 62 on the bottom and 64 on the top. Its been about a day since I loaded up my cigars. Beads are about 70% clear (could be a problem). When I open the cooler rh spike to 67 to 70. Not sure if I need more beads, to dry the beads, or what. Also I have 10 boxes left in my humidor and 10 coming from Czar so I already had to order another cooler!! Anyone know of any thermoelectric coolers that are bigger then 28 bottles? I need like a 70 to 120 bottle wine cooler but I do not believe you can get a thermoelectric one that size? SandmanTR
Looks great a9a. The largest thermoelectric I've see is a 36 bottle. The problem with going larger, with a wine cooler, is the unit would need more Peltier cooling units and I dont think you can get wine coolers with multiple Peltier's, however I could be wrong as I don't use a wine cooler. http://www.amazon.com/Franklin-Chef-FWC36-...e/dp/B000BPUX9M With more boxes coming, you'll definitely need a lot more storage. EDIT: Just found this one: http://www.amazon.com/Wine-Enthusiast-48-2.../ref=pd_sbs_k_5 But at these prices, it may be better to invest in a cabinet with a cooling option. Especially if you end up with more than a couple.
Laxman
Thanks Sandman! Down in South Florida it gets pretty ugly over the summer months so I thought I would invest in the cooler. I might try that dual zone one you list though I think those are like 13.5 inches per side.

You many also want to look at these 2 companies if you end spending a lot on a handful of wine coolers, it may make more sense to get a product from either of the below 2 companies. http://www.avallohumidors.com/ http://www.aristocrathumidors.com/
Laxman
Wow. I have been looking for a company that does the full set up thanks for the links. They both have some beautiful set ups there.
