Some help needed

Hi all, had a few questions I was hoping I could get some answers to and some feedback.

First question is that when people talk getting beetles above 72 or so, are they talking about the RH or the temp?

Second question I could use so feedback on, I have built a good size collection so far and am running a 600 cigar cabinet at 67 rh and about 74 degrees. My problem is the summers in Florida are hot and though I keep my ac at 74 degrees I am worried that the temp might get higher. So do you think it is wise that I invest in a wine cooler?

For your first question, I believe that is in regards to the temperature.
