This story was on the radio this morning and found it interesting about how Cuba is dealing with economic reform, if you can call it that. Its a step I guess that would have to be called an experiment and will be watched closely no doubt by the Government. Nothing like knowing you owe the Govt twice your previous state monthly salary in taxes .....before you start the month....to know you are really alive That's capitalism baby!!!
