Heard a thing on the radio today,kind of strange but interesting.

The Cuban government,now under the control of Raoul Castro,has removed the hairdressing trade(!) from the communist system,and they are now therefore part of the free market.

Is this the beginning of a steady descent(!) into capitalism?

I don't believe this is the beginning of a descent into capitalism but it will certainly increase the number of people with 'Bowl type' haircuts from back yard hairdressing salons!
