Obviously cigars are a lot of peoples "hobby" around here.
My main thing is music and my guitars.
Show us your guitar(s) or any instrument you play for that matter, drums, keys, French horn.
This is my Paul Reed Smith Custom 22 Hybrid
It's one of a hundred made where it's a mash up of gold and silver hardware from the 22 and 24 fret models, it also has pickups from the 24 as opposed to the plated pups from the 22.
Cost me an even 5 gorillas
This is my PRS SE Angelus acoustic, made in Korea and only cost me just the one gorilla and not ten like the USA made one. Had this one set up professionally and it plays like butter.
This is my Line 6 JTV 59. It digitally models a bunch of different guitars like Les Pauls, Strats, Tele's, even stuff like acoustic guitars, a banjo, sitar, dobro. It's a total blooz machine.
Cost me 2 gorillas.
This is my Ovation Limited Edition from 2010, number 16 of 50, this guitar really brought out my true style and away from playing metal covers all the time, it made me a better person!
Cost 3 gorillas
And this last one is my latest, a Blueberry custom made grand concert acoustic that was hand carved in Bali out of Balinese rosewood and Alaskan cedar, then assembled by a luthier in Canada.
Took five months to build and cost 3 gorillas, not every traditionalists cup of tea but I absolutely love this thing, a work of art.
So there you go. Playing these guitars gives me a very powerfull feeling when I play them, I slip away into another world and without blowing smoke up my own arse, I honestly get blown away by some of the music I make sometimes, it's always been inside me and now it's all coming out.
They are one of the few things in my life that make me truly happy and proud of myself.
I've been playing for 15 years and I'm loving it more than ever right now.
Thankyou for looking.
I'd love to see some photos of your guitars or whatever instruments you play, perhaps even some tube clips?? Have a good'n and rock on!
