Solid deal. My freezer looks the same but it's full of game meat. Considering splitting a cow with my brother in law though to switch it up. I'll try and talk down my butcher on that hanging price, haha.
Definitely a fan! Grew up eating pickled herring.
Now I love it all. Regularly stock sardines, tuna, salmon, kippers, oysters pickled herring and whatever else peaks my interest while I'm shopping when hungry.

Fairly new to the field but really enjoying it so far,I live in northern Canada.
